Damaged Goods
 

• Report and Documentation: Please produce a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible. This is necessary for us to process any returns, refunds, or credits.

Damaged Upon Delivery

If your product arrived damaged upon delivery, we offer the following options:

• Credit: Receive a credit on your account.
• Replacement: We will remake the product at no extra charge, including delivery.
• Return: We will take the product back. Please ensure not to consume it, as we may still be able to salvage some materials.

Spoiled Goods

• Spoilage Within 2 Days: If your product spoils within 2 days of delivery while stored in a cool place, we offer:
• Refund: Receive a refund.
• Credit: Get a credit on your account.
• Replacement: We will issue a new product equivalent in value as a refund.

Non-Acceptance of Returns

We do not accept returns for items that have compromised physical integrity, such as:

• Crushed items
• Items dropped directly on any surface
• Spoiled or rotten items

• Flat Fee: For orders under $50, a flat fee of $5 will apply.
• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Homestead, FL. All cities and counties in between.
• Freshness Guarantee: All our products are made either the day before or the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness.
• Out-of-State Shipping: At this time, we are unable to ship out of state. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
