Damaged Goods. Report and Documentation: Please produce a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible. This is necessary for us to process any returns, refunds, or credits.
Damaged Upon Delivery: If your product arrived damaged upon delivery, we offer the following options:
Credit: Receive a credit on your account.
Replacement: We will remake the product at no extra charge, including delivery.
Return: We will take the product back. Please ensure not to consume it, as we may still be able to salvage some materials.
Spoiled Goods:

Spoilage Within 2 Days: If your product spoils within 2 days of delivery while stored in a cool place, we offer:
Refund: Receive a refund.
Credit: Get a credit on your account.
Replacement: We will issue a new product equivalent in value as a refund.
Non-Acceptance of Returns:

We do not accept returns for items that have compromised physical integrity, such as:
Crushed items
Items dropped directly on any surface
Spoiled or rotten items
